Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:

  1. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  2. The product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.
  3. The product received does not match the size ordered.

How to Apply for a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please notify us within 3 days of delivery during our working hours (11 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday) by contacting us via WhatsApp at 0327-228-1557 or emailing wearthoughts.com@gmail.com. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both parties.

  • For defective, faulty, or damaged items, a replacement will be sent. Please provide photographic evidence of the defective item via WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery to process your claim.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us; however, we charge 100 (For Insurance Fees) for sending replacement items back to you.
  • If you receive a defective item, we will arrange for an exchange parcel through our courier (if possible). Otherwise, delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer or a voucher will be issued, based on your preference.

Processing Your Return

Once you notify us within the specified timeframe:

  • We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned items.
  • During busy sale events, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
